Clients reviews about LA Roof Masters Culver City

Our old tile roof was in decent structural condition, but it was absorbing so much heat that our AC unit couldn't keep up. Avi from LA Roof Masters suggested a restoration with a cool-roof ceramic coating instead of a full replacement — saving us thousands and keeping the old materials out of a landfill. The coating has reflective properties that bounce the sun's rays back into the atmosphere. The difference in our indoor temperature during this July heatwave has been remarkable! Our AC runs much less frequently, and our electricity bill has dropped by over 20% . They also sealed all the tiles and checked every flashing point . They provided a solution that was economical, environmental, and highly effective. Innovative thinking like this sets LA Roof Masters apart. ~ A G

woke up at 2 AM to water dripping from my kitchen ceiling after a surprise thunderstorm. I called LA Roof Masters and left a desperate voicemail. To my shock, Avi called me back first thing in the morning and had a team at my house by 9 AM. They not only fixed the leak but also performed a full inspection to make sure there wasn't hidden moisture damage. They found a small separation in the flashing around a vent pipe that was causing the problem. They also cleaned out some debris from our drains that was backing up the water . The team was efficient and fixed everything for a very reasonable price . They saved me from a potential disaster and thousands of dollars in water damage. These guys are the real deal. ~ A G

I was dreading replacing the roof on my 1920s Culver City home — I thought it would be a nightmare. LA Roof Masters turned that perception completely around. Avi walked us through every material option, explaining the pros and cons for Southern California's climate. The team had to deal with multiple layers of old roofing and some rotted decking, but they communicated with us every step of the way. They took full ownership of the permits and managed the timeline professionally. They've been operating in the Los Angeles area for years, and it shows in the quality of their work . As the property manager for a commercial building in Culver City, maintaining the roof is one of my biggest headaches. Our old EPDM flat roof had multiple patches and ongoing ponding issues . After a recent inspection showed water intrusion into our tenant spaces, I called LA Roof Masters Culver City for a commercial assessment. Eden and his team were phenomenal. They recommended a TPO roofing system for its durability and heat-reflective properties — perfect for the summer sun. The installation was executed with minimal disruption to our retail tenants. The crew showed up on time, communicated daily, and cleaned up promptly . They also identified and corrected several underlying structural drainage issues during the process. The new TPO roof has completely resolved our ponding problem. Our tenants are happier, and our maintenance costs are already trending downward. This is the kind of professionalism and expertise that's rare in commercial contracting. ~ Joey A
